I’m going to be honest. It takes about three months to build up your gut bacteria to make a proper recovery from antibiotics. But if you’re worried about wasting money on this kind of stuff, try it for four months and use strained Greek yogurt and kombucha to make it more effective. Having been n antibiotic medicines to prevent infection from surgery (orthopedic and dental procedures) this product has proven beneficial for digestion regularity and absorption of nutrients ,vitamins , minerals, and supplements.
