JUSTICE FOR NMN: NPA Wins Legal Victory Against FDA on our Limitless Pill

JUSTICE FOR NMN

“The liberties of our country, the freedom of our civil Constitution, are worth defending at all hazards; and it is our duty to defend them against all attacks.” — Samuel Adams, Founding Father of the United States of America.

At Black Forest, this quote resonates deeply, not only as Americans, but as we defend access to NMN, a supplement that empowers people to control their health and longevity. Together with the Natural Products Association (NPA), we’ve secured a pivotal legal victory against the FDA's attempt to classify NMN as a drug.

A CORRUPT decision that would have unilaterally removed NMN from the supplement market & forced it into pharmaceutical-only access

But we’ve been fighting hard to keep the FDA on its toes. Just last week the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia finally granted the NPA’s request and issued a joint motion to stay the case, meaning the FDA will not be permitted to pursue unauthorized punitive and disciplinary measures of NMN products during the stay.

Additionally, the court requires the FDA to respond to the NPA’s citizen petition.

As  Daniel Fabricant, CEO of the NPA stated: “This is a monumental victory for NPA, our members, and American consumers. The court said plainly that the FDA vastly exceeded their authorities and need to go back to the enforcement regime that follows the letter of the law. Hopefully, the FDA will get the message and start focusing on using the clear and expansive powers that it has instead of constantly seeking additional authorities that they don’t need”

The Unwavering Resistance

If you’ve heard about our story, you know this fight has been personal—not only for us, but for our entire community. Many of you have shared your stories with us about how NMN has changed your lives, offering renewed vitality, mental clarity, and even that youthful drive you’d thought was gone forever.

As we saw more of these stories, it became clear that NMN is not just a supplement; it’s a lifeline for so many who are invested in natural ways to optimize health. Yet, despite the success stories, we were up against relentless attempts to block NMN from remaining accessible to you.

This decision signals a crucial shift, reaffirming the right to make informed health choices, free from unnecessary government interference. Like true Americans, we believe in defending freedoms on all fronts—particularly the right to wellness autonomy.

Our Pledge: Freedom or Nothing!

Our NMN supplement, designed with BioPerine® for enhanced absorption and formulated in the dosage recommended by Harvard studies, stands as a testament to our commitment to quality and transparency.

For those who depend on NMN, this win protects a powerful supplement that boosts energy, sharpens cognitive function, and supports cellular repair by replenishing vital NAD+ levels that decline with age, helping people maintain mental clarity and resilience.

We’re not stopping here. Alongside the NPA, we will continue pushing this lawsuit forward  — challenging the FDA's attempts to restrict access to NMN and other life-enhancing supplements, ensuring that you retain the right to manage your health naturally, on your own terms.

Thank you for standing with us & fighting for what’s right.

All the Love & All the Power,

Antonio,

CEO of Black Forest Supplements

PS. "This was the third time the NPA pursued regulatory clarity through this path. You can view the NPA's citizen’s petition and lawsuit against the FDA on NAC, here and here. NPA’s citizens petition on CBD can be viewed here."

And this is just the beginning, Tribesman. Until we finally free NMN from Big Pharma & the FDA, we won't stop fighting. So stay tuned, because there's more to come!
