REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICIES

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, we are happy to replace it at no additional cost to you. Please report any issues within 48 hours of receiving your product by contacting our customer support team at info@blackforestsupplements.com.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Refunds are only issued for items returned in their original, sealed condition. We reserve the right to decline a refund if the product has been opened or used. Additionally, we reserve the right to approve or deny refunds at our discretion.

Orders placed for resale or redistribution without our written authorization are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges (see TOS Section 12).

Please ensure all returns are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.


CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may have already entered the shipping process, and only a partial refund will be issued. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review product descriptions and shipping times before placing an order.
