If you received an item that is damaged or faulty, we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you.  Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving yours. 

Additionally, if you are unhappy with our product after 30 days just email us at, and we will give you a refund no questions asked. 

Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.  International customers must provide a phone number.

The Black Forest LLC will not be held liable for packages that are returning to sender. 

Customers are advised to carefully enter the correct addresses otherwise, the package will not be delivered.

Once the item is received at the warehouse, we can repack, re- label, and reship them however you need to understand that doing so requires an additional cost. Processing and shipping cost is usually half the order please be careful of the information that you provide. 

If you think you have entered a wrong address, you need to contact us immediately in order to correct the mistake.


Can I cancel my order(s)?

Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. 

Email us within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order.  We do not accept cancellation of orders outside the 24 hours window and/or because of the Standard Shipping reason. 

Please note that our Standard Shipping is posted in each product’s description hence all customers should be aware of this before concluding an order.  All refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on the customer's bank account.
