After using these supplements since February, I can confirm that they do indeed work for curbing your appetite. I'm not as inclined to snack on something sweet or carb-laden when I take one with a meal (when my scatterbrain REMEMBERS to take them). If you keep taking GLP-1 with food over time, then you can reduce what you eat between meals and hopefully lose some of that girth.

A few words of warning, though: remember to take them WITH your food, not before of after. The first mistake I made was taking one an hour before I ended up eating lunch (I got the timing wrong) and got struck with what felt like stomach cramps to the point that I had to nip to the breakroom to eat something. Thankfully, it went away after I ate something. The second was swallowing one ten minutes after breakfast to make up for my forgetfulness, and ended up with gas for a brief moment. Those two moments were thankfully limited to those instances only, as I confirmed after taking GLP-1 regularly. The moral of the story is: take as instructed.

I've got a real love - hate relationship with this supplement. It's been a bumpy ride. I started with it, and it upset my stomach. I modified the dosage...that helped. I gradually worked into a full dose on this and have learned my parameters to taking it. Why stay with something this challenging? Because it works for me. I don't know if its main objective is to control my appetite or manipulate my metabolism or what, but it is modifying my eating habits...even though, without realizing it, I was fighting it in the beginning. (it will let you know) I think I've learned more about myself (in a good way) through taking this If you have a lifelong weight challenge, like I do (did), give it a try.
