I started taking 3 different supplements from Black Forest at the same time: NMN, Turksterone and Spermidine. So, unfortunately, I cannot give a review of just this one, but I can describe my overall experience and the changes I noticed.

I am 52 years old and I started taking the supplements for two reasons. First I was feeling tired, I had no energy. That was especially a bummer in the evening, because my wife wanted to make love and all I could think about was going to bed. And I wasn't healing well anymore. My skin would crack open easily, especially on my fingers, but really anywhere if I bumped into something. I would bleed and end up with an open wound that would take several weeks to heal. That was really crazy, imagine an open wound that takes 6-8 weeks to close itself.

So I must say, my problems are completely resolved. I don't get open wounds anymore, I heal fast and I don't feel tired anymore.

But there is more. Like many men these days, especially at my age, I do have an hormonal problem: I have too much estrogen, not enough testosterone, and consequently I have erection problems. I have been taking medication for 2 years to be back to "normal", and it works in a satisfying manner. Although, my erections were never as good as when I was younger and my physical feelings weren't entirely "normal", I'd say. I had a difficult time coming to a climax.
