I have had very good results while taking these supplements daily.

I feel stronger when taking Turkesterone. I take this in normal cycles, not every day.

The Berberine upset my stomach if I didn’t take it with food. I can’t really say if it did anything specific for me or not. I’m really not trying to lose weight right now. The jury is out for me on this one.

I was most impressed with the NMNH. I think this supplement makes me feel overall good and possibly more focused. I have noticed fewer body aches and can only attribute this to the NMNH. My recurring shoulder ache is nearly non existent now and some neck pain due to degenerative discs has been decreased. I do think these results are due this product. I’m a fan of NMNH and would recommend it and I plan to order more.
